OmicsX (version 1.0)

About OmicsX:

OmicsX is a user-friendly web server for integration and comparison of different omic datasets with optional sample annotation information. The tool includes four modules for gene-wise correlation, sample-wise correlation, subtype clustering, and differential expression. OmicsX provides researchers the analysis results including inter-omics correlations, conservative clusters, differential expressions, enriched biological pathways and associated phenotypes with visualization, searching, and data downloading, thus help to suggest the biological indications from the comparison of different omic data.

Initiate analysis:

(required)  Upload 1st OMICS file:    [Sample Data]

(required)  Upload 2nd OMICS file:    [Sample Data]

(optional)  Upload sample annotation file:    [Sample Data]

           OR

Instructions:

Please upload your 2 OMICS data files with or without sample annotation file via above upload form to start the integration analysis. Normally, the omics data should contain at least 10 samples. The data file must be prepared according to the FORMAT requirements and the file size must be less than 50M bytes.

Optionally, the user can click "sample submit" button to initiate the analysis using sample data. The sample data includes TCGA transcriptomics [PMID: 21720365] and CPTAC proteomics [PMID: 27372738] of ovarian cancer samples, and sample annotations.
