(Julius) Jun Wan, Ph.D.

 

I work as senior bioinformatics scientist @ Bioinformatics Core of Wilmer Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. My research interests include but are not limited to large-scale genomic data integration and analysis (e.g. microarray and protein chip analysis), transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene regulation and network, epigenetics, microRNA-gene regulation and network, protein-DNA interaction, and physics study of periodic structures.
